Leadership master for service industries such as hospitality, tourism, logistics, health and digital services. Covers leadership theory, HRM, marketing, service operations and strategy, ending with an independent supervised thesis.
A bachelor's with at least 80 ECTS in business administration, economics, hotel/hospitality management, tourism, restaurant management or an equivalent field.
