Two-year master's in Kongsberg, designed with industry, on innovation, technology and change management for both engineers and business graduates, ending with a thesis done with a company. This track covers the design and management of complex engineering systems across a product's life cycle.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering; equivalent degrees in science, engineering or social sciences may qualify if they meet Universities Norway's academic requirements for business administration or STEM.
