INN is a multi-campus public university in eastern Norway with a small set of English-taught master's courses. Non-EU/EEA applicants apply in Søknadsweb from 1 November to 1 December (all documents, including the English test and the proof-of-funding form, by 1 December); EU/EEA applicants apply 1 February to 15 April. The usual English requirement is IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80 or PTE 59, and tuition for non-EU/EEA students in 2027/28 is NOK 60,850 or 91,200 a year depending on the course. INN offers no tuition scholarships.
